I think the 145 belt option is gone. This ship has sailed away.

But - I see a good chance of him getting the 155 belt back and going for the 170 title.

170 will be very tough for him due to size difference, but as much as I don't like him as a persona I do agree he is a very skilled fighter. He might do it. And it would certainly place him high in the GOAT rank.

No matter what - Conor vs. Khabib is the fight I'd love to see
