Second the Fertittas, Dana and the arab guy that hold the UFC would have to be willing to sell part of the UFC to a ego maniac who is very hard to deal with. Would you want a partner like Conor?

Consider some of the people in his fanbase he is playing to though. I guarantee somewhere some idiots have already said "you guys doubted him on other stuff too, just wait, one day he probably will own the UFC"

In many ways it is the same as the "Once Ever" nonsense. They do it because (unfortunately for normal people who have to endure it) there is a target demo they are reaching with it.

I know the influx of casuals really helped the sport grow. But it is hard to keep in mind when dealing with the tradeoff and that's what this stuff is.

Hey dumbass there's rich then there's wealthy, Conor may be rich but the Fertitta boys are insanely wealthy. Conor will never make enough money to own a indoor lacrosse league let alone the UFC, stupid pole swinger

UFC is worth over a billion dollars. Even Mayweather can't afford to purchase the UFC.

Conor would have to go 100-0 in the UFC to purchase the them.

Absolutely. I've seen him discuss it. Quote it. Use the same terms as the person I knew who got caught up in it.

The person I know legit told me they would be able to grow their own arm back if chopped off.

He's an ambitious guy and the UFC loves having him around, so who knows. Even if he never gets an actual ownership share his position in the big scheme of things is very influential. If he wants something the UFC is likely to give it to him. Maybe an actual stake in the company is a bridge too far, but only time will tell.
