Ok so I wanted to let some time pass and let the emotions cool down before I post anything I might regret on Sherdog. So it's been five days since Conner's loss and I'm still butthurt, not as much at McGreggor as with the UFC. I feel like I've been lied to this whole time. They sold him as this Bruce Lee-esque master of movement Celtic badass who's a giant among manlets easily knocking out fools left and right on his way to capturing the title. I wasn't much of a fan at first but the way he dispatched Jose Aldo instantly turned me into a huge supporter. Of course me having some Scottish blood made it pretty easy too.

I thought I finally found a champion to root for. Then Nate Diaz happened. What the heck was that? How can a master of movement lose to a salad eating drug user that can't even talk right? It's a hard pill to swallow, but I have realized that Conner was never that good. He fought smaller guys and got lucky a few times and things went his way until it didn't. Seriously I still can't get over the fact that he lost to a pothead and I just can't in good conscience be a fan of such a blatant UFC hype machine.

You need to learn more about MMA. This post manages to disrespect a current champion, an all time great in Diaz, all the while disregarding the fact that in MMA, anything can happen… Well done.

If I learned one thing from this forum, it's not to take Bad Romance seriously.

Pothead or not Diaz is pretty legit. No shame in losing to him at all, just don't talk shit only to look stupid after (and a fat check, I give him that).

Why is it his "fans" are the ones who can never spell his name correctly ?.

Not McGregors biggest fan but if you count him out so easily after seeing that fight then you're a moron.

Then you were never really a fan of his.

And I don't even like the guy....and def not his fake fans.

Troll is obvious ffs.

This place.

You're too emotional that's all. Conor is very good and I believe in him. He is the champ remember that... this loss to Diaz will only make him stronger plus he's still young. And he will accomplish a lot in MMA he's got a good attitude. He will be back bro don't worry.

You only liked him because he was winning? What a scumbag. Bieber would kick your ass.

Honestly, fans like you are bad for the sport and wont be missed.

TS maybe if you spent another day thinking you would have thought not to post this garbage

I'm a fan, and he's still my boy

His chicken heart was exposed and his myth has been shattered into a thousand pieces. The rest of the lower weight class fighters are drooling like hungry wolves around him now. Doesn't look good for him.

Diaz is not an all time great. He is a pot head who probably only fought because he needed weed money.

1. You was never a true fan. You just began rooting for him because you let the UFC brainwash you. They told you he is good so you believed it like a sheep, but you had no personal reasons to like him.
Otherwise you would still be a fan of him now.

2. Three days have passed since the fight, not five. Learn to count.

3. Nate Diaz is indeed a drug user with an IQ of 3, but he is a decent BJJ practitioner and has good reach and chin.
Obviously any Top 5 guy at LW or WW easily kicks his ass, but Conor is a FW.
