Conjecture: Conor VS. GSP for the 165 pound title

There has been to many rumors about a 165 LB division for it not to be true.

My guess is GSP has been wanting to fight Conor since he became the promotions new king. I bet that's what he's waiting/cutting weight for. I'm also guessing that's why Conor let his 155 belt get stripped before coming back.

GSP vs. Conor would be the single biggest fight in UFC History and the perfect launch for a new division.

Like the title said, this is just conjecture. But what do you guys think.

I'm not saying that this is ideal I just think this is what the UFC is angling at. And GSP will promise to defend the belt and so will Conor. Which means jack but its enough for Dana to make the fight.

Or it could just be an inaugural superfight to open up the weight class. No belts involved so there is no backlash but ALL the money is still there.
