Being inside the cage for 15 or 25 minutes with Romero is terrifying. The guy brutally destroyed some of the toughest fighters on the planet.

(I still think the rematch should´ve been a draw, but regardless of my opinion, the result is what it is.) Whittaker stayed 50 minutes inside that cage with Romero in the shape of his life, and Bobby fought injured. And still came out victorious. Just amazing!

I don´t think anyone else could´ve taken Romero's shots that night of the rematch. Whittaker's tremendous heart and shape helped him survive and win that fight.

Congrats to Robert Whittaker, undisputed MW champion.

I think regardless of the warning early in the round, what gave him the 10-8 round in my eyes was the knockdown and follow up pressure where Romero was able to swarm Bobby with a barrage of punches.

Now that he has survived Romero I think he will reign for quite a while. Nobody outside of Romero has anything for Whittaker right now IMO. Although who knows how he will be affected by the beating he took. One of the most skilled guys in UFC and tough as nails. Can't wait for his next fight
