This inversion arc has to be among the dumbest ideas/worst executed Marvel crossovers in a while.

Would rather have Dr Doom than Apoc. Apoc would have no use for Darkseid and Thanos. well aside from fetching them flipflops

And you've proven my point. Marvel has totally screwed the pooch with Apoc by making him a pathetic jobber.

At his potential, he is easily worthy of being side by side with Darkseid and Thanos.

Marvel jumped the shark with Apoc when they had him giving out communion and Gambit volunteered to become "Death".

Love East of West

Image is where its at right now. EVERYBODY should have at least 1 or 2 of their books in their regular rotation.

I've got:
Saga
East of West
Umbral
Invincible
Prophet
MPH
Who Is Jake Ellis? (complete)
Where I Jake Ellis? (2 more issues to go but could take a year for that shit argh!)
Chew (retired it after 30+ excellent issues)
Five Ghosts (loved the first run, but didn't keep up with it)
Low (only read the first issue so far)

I never got into Black Science but almost everybody who has seems to love it.
Some I've been meaning to start up but haven't out of fear of liking them and having to make room for them :D
MP
C.O.W.L.
Walking Dead
Wytches
There is also the one about the Native American Reservation.
And there is the one about the guy who can do exorcisms, first 2 issues were really good but I can't remember the name of it.

The exorcism comic is OUTCAST and it has been good so far and even is in the works for a tv show.

For image releases I would add

Deadly Class
by Rick Remender - the story takes place in the 80's and involves a teenagers induction into a school for assassins. - highly recommended

Manhattan Projects by Jonathon Hickman - I've read the first 3 trades and thought they were great

Velvet
by Ed Brubaker - If you like the noir genre and spy thrillers you can't go wrong with this.

The Fadeout by Ed Brubaker - A noir murder mystery that takes place in the golden age of Hollywood

Southern Bastards by Jason Aaron - Walking Tall with a twist

I've read the first 3 trades of East of West and Saga and thought they were good but I'm just gonna do trades for them.

I'm still reading Prophet and am ready for Earth War to start

Walking Dead is still good and Low gets better with every issue.

Wytches has been good so far and I read Invincible by trades now.

Could someone explain to me why the hardcover collections of Mark Waid's Daredevil cost LESS than the paperback collections? This doesn't make any sense to me since hardcovers are always more expensive than paperbacks. Not that I'm complaining since I plan on buying them eventually, but I feel like it's a trap by amazon somehow...

So is anyone reading Batman:Endgame? This is by far the most interesting Joker has been in a while. I've only read the first couple issues so far. We get to see some Batman vs Justice League action.

I went on amazon and the hardcovers are a few more dollars than the paperback. It seems like only a difference of 2 dollars.

I don't know why a person wouldn't spend the extra $2 to get a nice looking hardcover..

This is also a very good title. Waid really does a great job on this book.

I'm 17 issues in to Grant Morrison's New X-Men and while it took me a few issues to get into it, especially having never read an X-Men title I am now enjoying it quite a bit.

I stopped at the 2nd issue. Jimmies rustled after Batman took out Justice League only to be tricked by Joker for the millionth time.

Good. Once you've earned your comic book brown belt I'll introduce you to the greatest comics known to man.... JOHN OSTRANDER'S SUICIDE SQUAD AND COPRA!

I have resigned from ever buying comics again so my adventures are restricted to the marvel unlimited app. So unless DC has a similar app...

this version of the joker is f**king awesome, its definitely a unique spin/angle on the characters...makes me wonder what exactly he is

A bit more than half way through Batman Hush by Jim Lee, and it's pretty good. Batman fights Superman in it too.

Yea, I'm really interested to see what the hell he is.
