A lot of former NFL players have made the switch to MMA. Matt Mitrione, Brendan Schaub, Marcus Jones, and Herschel Walker are the most notable. Right now Dan Hardy is about to face another former NFL player on Dana White's contender series. But Kap is different, he's still in the prime of his physical career and he's only not in the NFL due to social issues. He's not the greatest QB, but he's an A level athlete that has proved his worth against other A level athletes. He's tall and lanky, with a lot of muscle. How would he do if he started training MMA and made the transition?

The UFC Heavyweight division is full of killers. He couldn't crack the top 15.

He’s also not in the NFL because he stunk.

If anything his stunt actually bought him another year at obscene salary because the Niners were about to cut his ass before he became the struggle maaan. They wimped out because everybody would’ve called them racists. If they had done it a week prior everybody would’ve been “well yeah, he lost his job to Blaine Gabbert”

What's the context of this even?....pure speculation?

Did you literally remake this thread after it got deleted?

Look into it.
He'd be like top 8 if he could knock out Hamilton.

3 weeks of boxing with Floyd, who would jump at the chance to train Kap, and like a couple of months takedown defense with Woodley, and Kap smashes everyone outside of the top 5 in the UFC HW division. At LHW he does even better.
