News Coleman Vs Sylvia in slap fighting

It should be illegal to slap old man Coleman. The dude is pushing 60. On top of long list of health issues over the years.
 
Not gonna happen imo. I haven't seen a match from SFC that had that much size discrepancy. SFC paid Tim and Mark for name recognition. I don't see how matching them against each other maximizes the value of those names. I expect them to both be a part of SFC for a couple years.

Smh what a world we live in. Two world champions resorting to taking turns slapping one another for a few bucks. I don’t even blame them, I blame the retards that watch this shit.
 
Oof... I love Coleman and all the Hammer House guys (RIP Randleman). I also consider Tim Sylvia the most under appreciated champions the UFC has ever had. But I can't get behind this. I hope they get paid.

Yeah, neither should be fighting, but if they're really hell bent on doing it, I'd rather see it in a real sport than slap boxing.

Dan Severn would probably beat Coleman at this point...and Severn is 6 years older. Dan still sounds articulate and looks healthy.

My answer was to the guy saying that the UFC should pay them 100k so "they don't have to do this". They got paid a LOT when they fought and decided to spend that money instead of invest it. There is no reason to think that if you give them 100k now they would decide to invest it instead of just spend it right away in something like they did in the past. So, what TS suggest of "UFC giving them some money" will not stop this, it would just delay it for a couple of months at best.
 
I’m actually happy for Mark. Good for him, I just hope his daughters are with him to watch and enjoy the show
