Lost to Usman and still refused to fight Colby, there was no other person in title picture since Burns got his shot as well, Leon was inactive at the time.

Instead of fighting Colby, both Usman and Masvidal chose to fight each other again, Masvidal looking for undeserved title shot and Usman look for another hyped easy stylistic matchup. People see through all the bs, truth is Colby should have had a rematch right after Woodley fight, he's clearly the number one contender in the division.
