Colby was going to win that fight...

Colby was clearly still in the fight and even though he didn't look like in his prime Buckley was in no way dominating Colby on the feet.

I believe you. Buckley spent a fair amount of time on his rear. Then again, Covington doesn't have JBJ's top game. He could have also bled out.

LOL @ Colby's cardio looking better than anyone's. He was flopping over on the ground after failing on takedowns after just 1 round FFS. Kimbo in modern day would probably beat Colby in a sprint tonight. He looked AWFUL
You obviously wasn't paying attention, Colby was on his way to a dominate victory.

It was a very weak doctor stoppage, Colby was starting to take over and Buckley was fading

The soft woke liberal Refs and doctor in Tampa gave Buckley the win, Colby didn't actually lose

Colby should appeal on basis of political bias
Joking aside, it was a weak ass stoppage.

In no way? How about in punching? How about in facial damage?
Colby looked a bit slow but still boxed Buckley fairly well despite basically only seeing from one eye. Having Buckley backing up a fews times in the middle of the cage. Colby also finished on top when the fight was stopped due to the cut. And the fact that Buckley was signaling to the ref to stop the fight on his back showed the fight was heading in Colby's direction. Buckley was clearly slowing down and shaking his arms. Not saying Colby would've won only that Colby was getting the fight were he wanted it.

You sound like you are serious? Colby wasn't boxing fairly well. Colby had a few "Touches" Buckley was landing savage strikes that were rearranging Colby's face. Buckley slowed a little. Colby slowed a lot.

Buckley talking to the ref shows he was in ZERO danger and wasn't going to blow engery trying to get up needlessly. He waited for his moment and got up on his own. Colby was saved and we were robbed of watching his life expectancy shorten. Had that gone on for the 4th & 5th I think Colby loses 3-5 years off of his life. The cut saved him from some decent amount of brain damage IMO.

And you sound like a troll. The fact Buckley got tagged more than once and couldn't finish a one-eyed slowish Colby with "savage" strikes either proves Buckley is seriously overhyped or you're simply blinded by Colby hatred.

Probably not but he was having more success as the fight went on. Probably would've had a close 4th and won the 5th like he did vs Leon. 48-47 for Buckley at worst. Future Champ Buckley btw

Buckley slowed down.

Colby's cardio clearly far superior.

Colby was getting takedowns and figured him out.

Colby was going to win that fight.
OP returning to his home after the fight........

I keep seeing people say this but that didn’t seem to be the case at all. He was starting to get beaten up really bad prior to stupidly engaging Colby on the ground when Colby kinda flopped down there and managed to get a reversal on top, which he did nothing with. There was no sign of the tide turning, it actually seemed to me Colby was heading for a TKO losses regardless of the cut.

Those who say Colby is washed never realized he was never good enough to become washed. I do wonder about those who talked about Colby being a star and a draw and what their explaination is for him being on a fight night card and not being able to draw as a PPV main eventer?
He was somewhat marketable. But when you can't back it up, people lose interest.
