Nope. Layoff has nothing to do with it. His style only works against journeyman strikers like Masvidal and washed up fighters. There's many fighters he cant wrestlefuck for 5 rounds. Guys like Gilbert Burns, Belal, Khamzat, Sean Brady, Shavkat can stop his overrated wrestling and put him on his back. At this point I'd favor Luque and Geoff Neal to beat him.

His fans dont want to admit how in the first round Colby shot for a takedown very early and then quickly realized "oh shit this isn't Jorge Masvidal". He tried to get going early but Leon shut his shit down immediately.
