I think it will go differently. Usman has developed his striking. Usman is still bigger but has more confidence. Still a great opponent and his best rival in his career.
 
Colby is probably are already preparing a move to 155. Want to see him against Poirier.
 
Colby’s built-in excuse are the PED accusations he made about Usman. It’s kind of smart if you think about it. He has a convenient excuse if he loses and if he wins, it’s even more impressive that he beat the “King of EPO.”

Funny, few ever want to talk about this. When Colby got tagged in the 5th, he should have faked a nut shot and eye poke too, been given 5 to rest. When fans hate a fighter enough, they are fine with untold amounts of cheating and rigging happening to them.

He said Usman is on drugs, he wants to use that as an excuse when he loses, instead of accepting Usmam is just better than him.

Agreed. I actually thought Colby looked worse than usual against Woodley.
 
Same thing will happen as the first fight: Colby gets smashed, we all laugh and celebrate, Colby makes excuses. He was clearly raised in a trailer park, such a white trash loser.
 
Usman literally cracked his chin. Like literally…

Kamaru is an exponentially better striker since getting with Trevor. How does anyone think this is going to go well for Colby? He better work up all the excuses he can beforehand and have a contingency plan
 
I don't like him so I don't pay any attention to his interviews. I saw the fight. His jaw was broken. He fought on and lost in a fight that to me, looked like one guy having just a little too much than the other in every department. Colby took it all well and landed more in return. But was not doing as much damage as he was receiving.

I don't honestly know what he can do that will turn that around next time around.

Usman definitely looks better and has been more active.

He definitely should, however I would like to see him attempt to wrestle more in this fight. I think it could possibly aid his striking and maybe wear on Usman a bit.
Would also be curious to see who has the advantage in that area.

Did he or did he not get his jaw busted? According to Colby himself he said his jaw was busted I heard him in the corner say it that night. Then when people started ragging on his ass about getting his jaw busted and shut da f*k up and all of a sudden his jaw wasn't busted and that x-ray was a fake created by haters. Now his fanz are hailing him for his heart for fighting rounds with a busted jaw.

Either Colby says yeah my jaw was busted but I fought through being the warrior I am. Or no my jaw wasn't busted and I just got beat up and finished by a better fighter either one or the other man....

I mean, I am a fan of USman, but 3 of those fights were against Masvidal, Colby would easily dismantle Masvidal and look incredible while doing it.

Burns was a great win though.

I mean, how can you discredit the guy that gave Usman his hardest fight to date? Even Usman respects Colby the fighter

The striking differential will actually be comical. Even pre-Wittman Usman had significantly more tools and higher striking IQ on the feet, I can't imagine how badly Colby gets lit up now that Usman's tightened up his striking to the point he's outstriking and KOing legitimate strikers in the division.
