People cant seriously be fans of this type of shit, right?

Strickland’s an edgelord pissbaby but at least he gives the illusion of it being genuine.

This gooftroop rehearsed this shit god knows how many times and still comes off as a guy who has a youtube playlist titled “how to come off as the biggest wolf in the room” that he watches regularly to boost his ego.

Is there anything other than Colby saying this that would indicate that it's true? I mean the guy was 7-1 in the promotion and on a four fight win streak after he beat Stun Gun. I doubt there are many examples of fighters in similar situations just simply not being re-signed.

his style just wasnt entertaining according to the UFC brass. that and he was generally a soft-spoken respectful kind of guy. they may have viewed him as a foil who would disrupt the rise of a potential new star.
remember that the UFC cut Jon Fitch for losing 2 out of 3 fights at the end of like a 10 fight win streak or something. because of his fighting style. meanwhile Tony Ferg and BJ Penn have lost 5+ in a row and are/were still on the roster.
they also brought in Antonio McKee once, he lost and they never tried getting him back because of his fighting style.

i think strickland is a dumbass but yeah, its coming from a place of genuinely being a dumbass. colby,on the other hand, is a monster but I'd be lying if I said I don't find the chaos entertaining.
 
Clearly the fight to make. If Colby wins he hss legit claim for a contender fight. If Garry wins, same thing but he also has serious star making win.

There's really no reason to believe he was lying. There are also plenty of guys the UFC simply didn't either re-sign or completely lowballed (ie: Rashid Magomedov).
 
Colby is such a douche. I didn't agree with how Jorge sucker punched him but man.. I'm starting to think maybe it was the right thing for him to do after all. Dude very well possibly deserved it.
 
And why should Garry reward Coward with anything? Colby needs Ian, not the other way around.

Colby has never been more irrelevant than he is now. His stock isn't worth a pot to piss in.
 
I do have to give Colby some credit though, one of my main criticisms of him has been his reluctance to fight a relevant contender and it seems he is finally willing to. Making a video about it and actually fighting are two different things but this is a step in the right direction.
 
Fight makes sense. Then these two d-bags can take their degenerate douchebaggery out on each other so the decent guys in the division like Leon, Shavkat and Wonderboy don't have to be a part of it.
 
Double KO is the only thing that matters here.

Colby calling out Wonderboy or should I say old man that was a call out. Ian Garry calling out Colby was a call out, this is a more conditional request that you know won't be met. Better the boss just give him orders and tell him to stop the bullish!t and let's work out a contract.
