285 is rumoured to be in the uk so good luck getting Colby to come down

finally a fight where i don't like either fighter so i'm gonna be glad to see one lose. :D

This is gonna be a war.

I don't think Khamzat will be able to end this early because Colby is a very good wrestler himself. The only way Colby wins is if he out cardios Khamzat, but I think alot of people are mistaken by the fact that Khamzat has bad cardio. He doesn't. Colby also cannot afford to start slow like against Usman 2.

But who knows. If Khamzat beats Colby, that would be insane. He would be up there in the P4P rankings and should immediately get a title shot against Usman/Leon.

I'll be rooting for colby but it's a tough matchup

Khamzat ducked pillow-fisted, journeyman King Nate. Never forget.

Colby by deep waters.

There is no good reason to believe that would be the case.

Colby has never been 'ragdolled' and Khamzat had his hands full with Burns.

What do Burns and Colby have to do with each other?

It depends on who sets the pace and if Colby can stop the takedown. We have no idea how Colby's gas tank is when he's on his back.

Same can go the other way but Khamzat has pretty much ragdolled everyone he's faced so I dont know if Colby has anything for him or not. if Colby can put him on his back then he should win pretty easily.

I dont think Khamzat is to the point in his career when he can find a way to win when he's not the hammer.

I mean, didn’t he just do that vs. Burns? Lost the 2nd round by a good margin and then came back to win round 3, throwing the most strikes of the fight in that frame?

Good fight but I must admit sherdog got me kinda hyped up for Kham-Costa.

Least likely outcome yeah.

What do Burns and Colby have to do with each other?

It is not about them being similar as fighters...it is about the dispelling of the idea that Khamzat will just continue to steamroll everyone he faces once he is consistently facing top tier competition. That is not to hate on Khamzat at all...because no one has rag dolled everyone once they are facing the best guys every time they fight. Couple that with Colby's proven cardio and durability, IMHO there is no good reason to believe Khamzat 'rag dolls' him.
