Slowly becoming a fan of this guy:

00:00 - 00:40

Hard to tell where fake Colby ends and real Colby begins, so I still don't like him.

Fights at his natural weight and doesn't cut much... Keeping it real for the nerds that cut 25-30 pounds...

Yeah all this “putting our health at risk” shit is laughable. If you can’t make weight healthy, then stop killing yourself to fight down a weight class.

A lot of people said he looked much bigger than RDA... I really didn't see that.

Good on both of them for not hurting themselves by cutting huge weight and having the energy to WAR for the full contracted fight length.

His Shit-talk I totally ignore.

His gameplan for RDA was pretty much perfect.... Total attack, total pressure...

Cheers to Jerk Colby for taking many, many, many, RDA body shots in the 1st three rounds... They always say "invest in a body attack and it will pay off in the later rounds" RDA did that very well, and I've never seen a guy sustain an attack like that and keep coming like Covington did.

I bet Covington's ribs and guts are going to hurt for weeks... But clearly he was prepared for what came.

My manager Dan Lambert he has all the money in the world

lol most likely Colby is thinking during the interview "look at this nerd, I'm going to slap him after the interview"

Guys always lie about cutting. Colby too.

Romero claims he only cuts 20lbs, but still can't make weight. 20 lbs is so little that most guys can do it.

Actually his real passion comes out at the end when he talks about Americans abusing their first amendment to disrespect the USA and how it makes him feel sick.

Can't disagree with what he said to be honest.

He'll fight a HW!?!?

Colby talks the talk and walks the walk.

Not sure why nerds are jealous.

Banging beautiful porn stars 12 hours a day for cardio really helps making weight.

How does one condition themselves for that? Does having someone lightly hit your body repeatedly (when training) actually help?

Good question Bro... I don't train... I just eat bbq and watch da fightz. I'm prolly the only Sherdogger who doesn't train.

I've heard Cowboy Cerrone talk about his weak liver and that he does a lot of training to try to get past that weakness... But I haven't a clue how he does it.

You could see Covington wince a few times with RDA's hooks to the body and his kicks, but he just took a deep breath and kept coming... Maybe a lot of mental toughness too eh?

I would assume the only way to fight that way is to train that way...the guy has insane cardio and trains to perform in that manner.

After the 1st round, I was like, covington is done...no way he can sustain that kind of attack...well, he did.

Agree. Let your nuts hang out

He's a douche and quite cringey bjt hr has proven himself to be quite skillful. He can talk the talk and walk the walk I guess.
