Not very polite indeed. Even still I find it odd that these "journalists" will talk shit about Colby on their podcast for years and then fans play them up as some victim when the fighter responds in kind.

opinions aside, the man was a journalist (credentials and all) asking pertinent questions about his fight.
Grudge or not against journalists he is there to answer their questions. It is part of his job as a fighter.
If he is a professional, he should answer the question and move on.
They are not asking him to have a drink later and fraternize. But it's Q&A session and he should answer the questions.

Society should make it more difficult for overweight people to be accepted, just like they did in the 70s.

Will motivate them to lose weight (just to be accepted), and in turn will give them a healthier life for the future.

Teach them discipline just like in the old days. Too much coddling these days with libby fuckfaces.

John, i understand your distress but it seems i have to reiterate.

i have no mother any more, she passed away many years ago.

Even at my age, i still try to stay in decent shape and avoid cookies.

I do have a cheat-day every now and then, but as you grow older your metabolism slows down.

Back in my 30s when i was training extensively (both martial arts and gym)
i could easily eat pizza, burgers, kebab and other junkfood regularly and still keep a sixpack
(sixpack is indicator of low bodyfat-level unless you go the Bruce Buffer-route with ab-implants as many vain older guys are susceptible to), without puttin on an abundance of excess fat.

Nowadays at 50, as my metabolism have slowed down and i train less due to other priorities, i could eat a pizza and look like Fedor at his chunkiest, so i try to stay away from junk/fastfood and stick with the basics.
Chicken, Turkey, Meat, Fish with different carbs (but much less than in my 30s).

Cookies are a no-go since i don't want to turn into a parroting fuckface like John Morgan (who should change his lifestyle before it's too late).
