But I do get what your saying I guess it really all depends on how much actual long term damage has occurred to his health do to his fighting. But managing to stay really inactive and get good paydays for fights is actually pretty smart.

Oh 100%. Even if he isn't trying to "milk" it, I am certain his lawyer told him there can't be any fights or prob even UFC medical screenings until the lawsuit is settled. Colby is prob retired; will win a civil suit vs Masvidal and get paid for lost wages/opportunity. He's gonna win a big settlement, but doubt he ever sees much of it since Masvidal's big pay days are likely also over. What's he gonna do, garnish Masvidal's future wages?

He has to fight to get paid for fighting sir, and right now he's definitely not doing that.
