Well one thing is for sure, he has a high workrate and Woodley does not. Woodley's biggest danger in that fight (he won't have to worry about Colby's power and he won't have to worry about his wrestling) is that he gets outhustled and outlanded. It's a very real possibility. Woodley likes to hang back and then to surge. He conserves his energy only to explode with vicious power.
Colby could get slept, but it looks like he has a chin on him and solid recovery. Let's say Woodley rocks him a couple of times but doesn't finish the fight. Isn't it conceivable that Colby advances more, lands more, and takes the decision?
Woodley, on the other hand, does not have to face the same situation that cost RDA this fight. RDA landed some solid shots and did not make the grappling easy for Colby (even landing a couple of nice takedowns himself). But Colby's ability to dictate the terms of the control and clinch work and grappling to a greater extent meant that even when RDA got something going, he would then find himself against the cage and trying to keep himself vertical.
Woodley is too good of a wrestler, too physically strong to let Colby impose that kind of element in the fight. So Colby has more activity, but he also has less of an ability to keep Woodley guessing or to switch up tactics.
It's not a bad fight at all. Either guy could take it. Woodley has to fight with a bit more urgency and Colby has to mind his ps and qs because getting one-shotted by Tyron could happen.
