True, good cardio for sufe but it's not like he was throwing bombs. His style is perfectly tailored to win a lopsided decision while doing little damage. He doesnt put much behind anything he throws
Image finding out Colby follows Conor's FAST system...How do you get his cardio.
Imagine mcgregor with colby’s cardio
If you think he’s not popular you’re not paying attention
Agreed. I also think that if "not punching that hard" would give you such a big advantage, way more fighters would throw like Colby. Sure - he didn't look like he wanted to knock Robbie's head off - but he still hurt him, as you've already said. Not totally buying that Colby’s striking is pure pitter pat. He doesn’t have explosive knockout power, and he didn’t sit down and throw bombs last night, but he landed plenty of stiff punches and kicks on Robbie. Hurt him at least once with a body kick and stunned him a few times with punches. It’s obviously more Nick Diaz, Max Holloway and Tony Ferguson than Conor McGregor, Jeremy Stephens or Francis Ngannou, but he’s still landing with authority. Lawler absorbs damage very well, and he was still showing plenty of wear and tear during his post fight interview backstage.
hes nick diaz with wrestling nick has the edge in bjj though
I give him all the credit in the world for his performance .... With that being said,I just think Usman beats himCome on I don't think you gave him credit. Over 500 strikes thrown in a welterweight fight? 20 takedown attempts? That's no joke. Robbie kind of wiltered a bit like he did against Condit. The mans pace was undoubtedly elite.
