Please provide a stat on that increase in overdoses and suicides. Then compare it to the previous increase. Any change in increase rate, I'll give you as due to the lockdown. Now look at that total number and compare it to 250k. Now think what the 250k would grow to if there weren't these restrictions, subtract that increase related to overdoses and suicides, compare those two numbers and tell me what is worse.

We did not lose over 80K. Best estimates are 61K. It doesn't matter if the average flu season is 14 weeks long. That means it's pretty much gone after 14 weeks, so this epidemic raging, unabated 8 months later is supposed to mean it's somehow LESS?

"Covid alone" doesn't matter. We didn't lose 61K in 2018 to flu, "alone," either. We lost exactly 0 lives to HIV, alone. Those 32M+ lives lost since that started were absolutely because of HIV. If I have mild asthma for my entire life, and live with it fine, then get covid and die, FROM COVID, with asthma as an underlying condition and contributing factor, then I died from getting covid.

No, there really hasn't - not scientists with relevant experience and expertise in the field, and there are THOUSANDS, with that expertise, stating otherwise.

This is kind of like all the "scientists" who signed onto the idea that the WTC towers couldn't have collapsed from planes slamming into them and starting uncontrolled fires. Having a degree in marine biology didn't really speak to structural engineering and materials science then.
