News Cody Garbrandt Still...

I'm not that bothered tbh by it.

Granted I won't be first in line but 6 months down the line with no horror stories I'd probably do it.
Exactly, by the time "normal people," which I am assuming all you mutants are, take the vaccine tens if not hundreds of millions of people already will have already taken it. This will definitely give me closure on whether the vaccine is safe or not.

All I'm hearing from the anti vaxxers is "I haven't met anyone with COVID, it's a scam" but then they also probably have never met anyone who had a bad experience with a vaccine either.

Someone should keep a record or make a chart or something keeping track of fighters records/performances before and after covid

see how many of these “long term effects” even after being asymptotic or having mild symptoms affects their future performances

Good idea.

Besides team members/coaches I think Burns, Blaydes and Cutebala both tested positive themselves (Cutebala lost the other 2 haven't fought) but there must be more I'm forgetting about.

yeah I’ll start a list today

I’m really curious about this

No one really knows the long term effects. But the same can probably be said about the rushed vaccine we're gonna be given too.
When has a vaccine or medication been researched, developed and tested in less than a year?

I had it back in May and haven't been the same since.

I would normally run 10km a few times a week without any problems but since getting it, I can maybe run 2km without experiencing pretty bad fatigue/shortness of breath. I haven't been able to get passed 5km on a consistent basis and its been 6 months.

My wife was out of commission for 3 weeks. While my symptoms only lasted for 3 days. We're both mid 30's. It just hits different for different people.
True story. My mother had it (60+) and recovered in 3-4 days, meanwhile a good friend of mine (mid thirties) had it months ago and still has issues

I’d love to trash on Neck tats like usual, but there might be some truth here.
I had COVID in March for two weeks and it was bad, I almost ended up in the ER. But since then my lungs have not felt the same when running or working out. If the same thing is happening to Cody I feel for the guy man, I don’t wish this on anyone.

Most people have mild to no symptoms. I had it and had worse colds then covid

It's pretty much a crapshoot. Obviously the ideal is to avoid contagion altogether, in case you're one of the unlucky ones who gets hit hard.

Took my 1 year old almost 2 weeks. It was rough for her. My 5 year old was sick for 2 days. And my 14 year old never got it.

Yeah, one really has to feel for him! Obviously it's bad for anyone to have his health impaired, but when it comes to athletes, their careers are also in jeopardy.
Hope you and he are 100% soon.

"At the time, Garbrandt attributed his withdrawal to a torn biceps. He has since clarified it was not a torn biceps but a torn vein in his arm caused by a blood clot. Physicians told Garbrandt the clot was likely the result of his COVID-19 diagnosis, which is known to thicken a patient's blood."
Ah, interesting. Hope he gets well soon.

I got hit by a car when i was a kid and am fine too, so go let your kids play in traffic.

Dems say do not play in traffic, they are just trying to control you. Be a real man, not a sheep, go play in traffic, bring the kids.
Bit melodramatic, no? His experience so why all the feelz.
