In my opinion the fights to make at BW are: Moraes/Rivera (which is happening obviously), Cruz/Assuncao, and Garbrandt/Lineker. Winner of Moraes/Rivera get the title shot unless Dom beats Assuncao. If Assuncao beats Dom he fights the winner of Garbrandt/Lineker.

don't sleep on assuncao .. not an easy fight by no means !! He can't finish assuncao .. Mark my words

if it were such an easy fight why not bump off the #2 guy and cement the TS ? Cause he scared that's why .. Cody is overrated imo .. looked super against Cruz but don't see him doing well against anyone else but lineker .. I'm even questioning that now with his show of heart lately

He's taking the Aldo approach and pretending the loss didn't happen. It was a fluke, there's nothing to improve because it practically didn't happen.

I don't think Assuncau gives him many problems, but when you get KO'd in your first title defense you should really have to take another contender fight before getting another title shot. Assuncau is an easy win for him IMO.

Garbrant could probably shut him down with heavy punching. Assuncau is extremely well rounded, but he doesnt move his head a lot and GB trains with Alpha Male, which is the best wrestling team for little people. I think he can avoid a TD. It's a good matchup for him really.

Edit: he would fair far better against Assuncau than Linkiker or Rivera. It's his easiest fight to get another crack at TJ.
