"Where is the gameplan? We got two weeks to prepare for a fight. We gotta go, we gotta stay sharp like we did [against] Anderson. He avoided a lot of Anderson's bullshit. He's gotta fight his fight. Mike's gotta take control of this fight and let Luke in his mind right now and sort of be his nemesis, okay? Because he thinks that he can whoop Mike. When he finds that that's not going to happen, when he finds out that Mike's digging into him and he's making him pay, we're going to flip the script. You know, Mike believes in himself. Mike's got the ability to beat him. Anyone can win on any night if you've got the right tools to be there. Mike's got the tools to be there. Mike's a top ten guy. Mike's a top-four, top-five guy right now. He's there for a reason. He's not just there because he was gifted that. You know, the promotion, nobody's been doing that guy favors. He's fighting top-ten guys every fight. He's a mentally tough son-of-a-bitch, man. You know, on different levels. And for me, we can look at it as a blessing. We spend 10 weeks sometimes and we're burnt out, but Mike needs to do it. Mike's mind needs to do it, work out hard that time. He's going to be fine. Mike's gonna give Luke a shock."

Well... I mean, they certainly seem confident.

coaches are supposed to believe in their fighter. unfortunately, it's just not going to happen. luke will handle him easily

Agreed.

There is, however, something to be said abound a man who has nothing to lose, and Bisping is indeed that if nothing else. No matter what he says, he knows this is the only shot at the belt he will ever have.

I don't think he will win. I know he won't. But I also know he will fight as hard as he possibly can. That is going to be very interesting.

The same Bisping that was almost finished numerous times recently by a past his prime Anderson who for some reason held back on Bisping?

Yep. This is all upside for Bisbing.
- He's taking the fight on short notice.
- Already lost to Luke before so no one expects him to win.
- This is likely his last/only shot at a title so no reason to be cautious.

It all leads to him letting it all hang out and go for it. Like nearly everyone else, I think he has very little for Luke, but as replacement fights go, I'm all over this one. Should be fun.

50 45 50 45 and 50 44,for the winner,by Unanimous decision,and...NEW UFC Middleweight Champion of the World..Michael "The Count" BiiiiiiispiiiiiiiiiiinG!

>almost finished numerous times

You mean that one time he got kneed?

Bisping's taking a nap. That said, nobody would be happier than me to see him pull off the biggest miracle since Jesus fooking Christ

Cheered for Luke to whoop Bisping's ass in the first fight and now I think I want Mike to beat Luke's ass this time around.

I expect Bisping to get tooled again.

Anything can happen, Luke is more likely to be reckless but Bisping gonna Bisping and already once got squashed by Rockhold so... I expect more of the same. And still, but WAR Bisping! just because...

pretty much this. THe front kick didnt knock him down even...but if Anderson had followed up after the kick to the jaw,he probably would have ended the fight.oh well thank god he didnt, war bisping.

I honestly hope he wins and then retires in the same night.
Nothing left to prove, retire as a champion, make the rest of the division fight for the belt.

On a tangent, It would be neat if they decided to go the route of having a mini-elimination tourney (Top 5, number 1 gets a bye) for belts that have been vacated due to injury. It would be a cool idea to span it over a few events, with the fighters who have been eliminated serving as the alternates. I'm sure there's a reason why they don't do it that way, but changing it up would be fine by me.

He got the shit kicked out of him by a 40 year old anderson that clowned more than he fought. Wtf does this dumbass think prime rockhard is going to do?

youll all be crying "short notice! omg!" if rockhold loses

This coach is more delusional than GSP fans.

Agreed.

Bisping has everything to lose, if he loses, I don't know if he will ever see a title shot ever again. Personally, I think accepting this fight on short notice after the Silva victory, was the worse decision of his career.

anderson only "clowned more than he fought" when he loses i see,but when heclowns forrest who fought like he was underwater, and wins, hes the greatest fighter ever.
