CM Punk is in the Beginnings of Lawsuit. Will that affect his training?

He is getting sued by WWE's DR after saying he was "bad". Day 2 of trial was today and Punk said "I will be there". He looked fit and his wife AJ who is a PYT was there, as well as Colt Cobana who said the podcast that him and Punk did, that started this whole mess was meant to be "off the wall". Do you think he is worried about this trial and not focusing on the Moonwalker?

If he loses to MJ he might try and blame the lawsuit as a distraction but I believe he only has the man in the mirror to blame. Say say say what you want about Punk but if he is overthinking the King of Pop he might be in for a thriller of proportions. Anyway what do you guys think abut this whole trial during a fight camp thinng? And can you guys remember a time when this happened to any other fighter before a big PPV main card spot?
