How would things be different if we had Clinton, Gore and Obama as our last three presidents?
Also, international action on climate change would be well underway. Unlikely the GFC would have hit America quite as hard. The middle east, too hard to say, but hard to imagine it could have turned out worse for us.
There would have been a stronger effort to find and prosecute the people who committed terrorism, and less of a fanatical push for "ushering in a New American Century" or whatever such religious horse shit, and probably lower tensions with Russia, because the exploitation of their former clients and territories is one of the major things that put us on a collision course.
9/11 and the Recession would've never happened.
The recovery efforts from the damage of Hurricane Katrina wouldn't have been a catastrophe.
The TSA and NSA would be nonexistent.
Was national healthcare part of Gore's platform? No Iraq war, and national healthcare.
Nice. Old white person joke.add Young at the end and I would listen to that album.
Just because the World Trade Center was bombed when a democrat was president doesn’t mean it could happen againI would argue there is a good chance both 9/11 and the recession both have a good chance of happening regardless of who the president is. The democrats also had a chance to deal with the NSA and patriot act and took a hard pass on the issue. So those things also had a good chance of happening regardless as long as 9/11 happened.
In before some right-wing nut posts this garbage:
