It is easier to have amazing Cardio when you don't engage.
Try that and see how long you can do it. Those kind of non-rhythmic movements suck out cardio more than engaging technically.

You should let professional fighters know that so they don't keep running 20km per day in when it's apparently in vain.
I used to run a shitload of mils per week and I would have guessed in a couple of minutes if I had to grapple hard. They aren't the same at all.
Running for 25 minutes isn't that hard...

Condit, Diaz, Mighty Mouse, Edgar all have comparable if not better cardio.
