What a classy post-fight interview.

What a tough son of a gun to finish that first round with a dislocated shoulder. That too, with Aljo on top of you.

TJ was all class in that interview. Meanwhile god knows what Aljo was talking about.

Hoping to see TJ rebound strong, and perhaps see this fight again down the road.

Anyone picking TJ thought he would win this fight as well. And vice versa. This fight changed nothing for either fighter except for potential next opponents. Waste of a fight. TJ should have pulled out if he fucked his shoulder up in April. I'd want a refund if I actually paid for this garbage

We'll never know. Aljo looked good but he was fighting a 1 armed guy. I'd like to think TJ does a lot better with both appendages, but fuck we'll never see it.

If I were aljo I would've hammerlocked that shoulder out of its socket

Fuck him!
He knew he would not be 100%.
He could have let Aldo get the title shot, heal and get his title shot after.
Instead Aldo fought a guy who doesn't even want a title shot and retired.

As usual, TJ was fucking selfish!

TJ needed the paycheque after two year suspension and then injury lay-off after Sandhagen, he wasn’t pulling out of the fight

I hear ya, but I don't think this was 100% on him

He blew his shoulder in APRIL. That's what he said.
He blew his shoulder 20 times in training camp. He wasn't hiding it either. It seems everyone knew. Hell he even told the ref!

How he was cleared to fight, is beyond me. That too, why the UFC didn't scrap it... that's on them. Makes me think that the UFC wanted this to go ahead to sell the event.
