I think gane has plenty of power, you could tell there was a difference in the volkov fight. I mean yeah, volkov has more of a long range power but still gane had plenty of pop everywhere.

A fast 245lb man should not have any problem with power, so it's more to do with his style of footwork

True story. With DC retired and Stipe shot, the only one who has any chance is Blaydes, and he unfortunately seems to be destined to be an also-ran who gets to 2nd place and then falls back down.

BTW.. yes.. winning 10/15 pounds of muscle at 30+ after training his whole life is not something you do in 6 months like the average neckbeard sherdogger think.
 
Literally his biggest advantages is speed and endurance. He is clearly not meant to be a finisher. Putting on more muscle/weight just gets in the way of what he already has thats made him successful

Or maybe it gives him more KO power!.....

Interesting. Wonder how big he will get. So he isnt a naturallt big guy muscle wise. Like Overeem at LHW was always 235lbs or so or 240lbs even before he started really hitting thr weighrs. Reem said at like 17 he was already weighing 190lbs

Muscle is hard. Need a good diet, train properly etc.
What is natural weight though? I feel like you naturally weigh as much as you eat/burn calories.

Punching power is a natural gift. You either have KO power or you don't.

Jon Jones can weigh 265 lbs he still won't be knocking anyone out with punches. Dominic Cruz could put on 30 lbs of muscle and Nunes would still punch harder than him
