Gane is a very honest person in his answers and sometimes even candid.
but what he wanted to say, and has said many times now, is really simple: he knows that for his career and for the money, it's better to fight a big name. and blaydes isn't one of them. That's just it, and i think people use gane honesty and broken english to try to start some bad buzz.
the "he's dangerous" thing was more to show respect to blaydes than anything.
if blaydes would give him money and a clear path to a title shot, no one can doubt he would be the first to be happy with this fight. and it's not like the two guys he said he would prefer to fight (miocic and jones) are known for being bad on the ground.
