Chuck lidell hybrid freestyle instructional?

    Hey, what's the chuck lidell instructional like? What's the pros and cons of this? How does it compare to titos? Is it still relevant now?

    Chuck... leg locks... you can't KO someone from leg control.

    Actually there was another guy teaching the leg locks, with Chuck as the uke. Chuck was teaching the striking DVD's. He got top billing because well, Chuck Liddell.
