Wrong. Even embryonic stem cells are taken from aborted fetuses that are headed to the trash anyhow. Also I guarantee Chuck didn't us embryonic stem cells.

Most likely Chuck used the most common way to harvest stem cells which involves giving the person some medication that increases the stem cells in their own body.

Then they remove that loaded stem cell blood from his body. After that they separate out the stem cells and inject the loaded stem cells into his shoulders where they repair damaged tissue, bone, cartilage, ligament, tendon or muscles.

it’s mostly cellular stemming from the stem cells affect on the body cells IIRC

buts it very complicated so can’t really get into it but that’s the basics
