    Candied bacon-

Buy good bacon. Not cheap stuff!

open a beer and start drinking it

Cut bacon strips In half, lay pieces on baking sheet (one with sides on it, not a cookie tray)

    Start 2nd beer.

Cover raw bacon in brown sugar. Remember- more more.

    Bake for 7-10 minutes.

    3rd beer.

Sprinkle rough chopped hazelnuts on bacon.

    Eyeball 4th beer.

    Cook bacon another 3-5 minutes.

    Fuck it, it's the holidays.

Pull bacon out. Best served while warm.

Pull bacon out, hide the empties and serve wh

Bacon wrapped asparagus covered in brown sugar and baked. You will be a f'ing rock star.

edit: Or make Doctor Taco's Canadian Bacon but wrapped in asparagus, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

Its kind of my thing at Xmas to make them.
I fucking love them, kind of bread cheesy sausage goodness. Make them with spicy sausage, make them with regular, hell dip them in ranch or something if you want. Their fucking great.

Nice choices, Cint and Blitz. I like the simple and easy appetizers. I don't have time to make no 5 star Christmas appetizer b.s.

Start with 1lb ground beef. Use a skillet and brown the beef.
Then grab a package of Velveeta. Melt it, then stir in the ground beef.
Then throw in 1 can Rotel tomatoes/green peppers. Stir and cover.

If you want it a bit creamier, throw in a bit of milk.

Enjoy with tortilla or pita chips. Delicious.

Just did some jalapeno poppers and finger foods like fruits with brie. Also heating up some nacho cheese and buying a big bag of chips is great too.
