The Dr and his wife who accused Chael of punching Julie in the face are not convicted felons, unlike Chael, so yes I believe the accusation is credible.

Would you prefer Chael be called a credibly accused woman beater? OJ Simpson is a credibly accused wife murderer, not a convicted wife murderer, it doesn't mean though he didn't do it.

I''m not sure if his conviction in federal court for one count of money laundering is a felony or not. I want to say it would be a felony given that it was in federal court, and he initially faced a sentence of up to 20 years.
