An unidentified woman filed a sexual battery and gender violence lawsuit claiming singer Chris Brown trapped her in a bedroom of his mansion during a drug-fueled orgy -and that one of his friends repeatedly raped her.

The woman says she stated out loud that she wanted to leave and would not consent to any sex, but that a woman in the group "violently grabbed" her throat and forced her perform oral sex on a man named Grissom.

The plaintiff said the naked woman, also sat on her face, "using her legs to pin plaintiff down while forcing plaintiff to perform oral sex on her." The naked woman was menstruating at the time.

The plaintiff claims Grissom eventually followed her around Brown's house, raping her twice.
