One of my training goals for this year is to get up to speed with chokes from various positions. I train almost 100% in the gi. (I'm not religous about the gi vs. no-gi thing - I just happen to really love training in the gi).
Having great chokes makes you dangerous from almost any position and also opens up a lot of other options for armbars, etc.
I have looked around the web and so far I haven't been able to find any videos (preferrably DVD) on chokes.
Does anyone have any references?
