Chito Vera was Exposed?

I said he was gonna get his a$$ beat by Sandhagen. That one judge who scored the fight for him needs to never be allowed to judge an MMA fight ever again!
 
It seems a fighter with good takedowns can beat him. A guy like dillashaw or aljo would strike and wrestle with him down.

It was a lacklustre performance that’s for sure. I wouldn’t go as far as saying he was exposed, he looked off tonight.

I’d like to see him fight the winner of Yadong vs Simon.

but he's lost similarly when he fought a passed it Aldo and he still didn't change. he sits back too much and expects his power to dig him out of the hole. there's only so many times you can do that before that big shot never comes.

See what a person like you could never understand is that I can be a fan of a fighter who is not the GOAT, the Champion or even a contender bro! I just think fighters with an American wrestling base are badass especially with they are able to add in a little striking.

Its 2023. An MMA fighter has to be competent on the ground and in wrestling.
 
He's just a product of his environment an unfinishable guy with a lack of offensive skill so he beats the shit out of most BWs but loses semi competitive decisions to the top 5% like tonight. Neither guy is elite and it showed

He got favorable match making by the UFC so that OMalleys loss wouldn’t look as bad.

Cruz is spent and he was comfortably beating him before chito got a perfect kick on him
Chito is good. Just not elite.
Sean o malley is a tool but he wins the rematch
Petr beats him all day
Merab mauls him
Aljo gets him out in under 2 rounds
Cory just whooped his ass
If Henry is even 50% of his past self he beats chito
So chito is a journeyman/gatekeeper level who overachieved by beating O'Malley and Cruz?
I can't stand the dude. I think he's an absolute clown and sounds dumber and dumber everytime he speaks but he's definitely a good fighter. Just not number 3 good. That was wack. But hindsight is 20/20. Nothing shameful about being a top 10 UFC fighter in arguably the most stacked division
