I kind of like O’Malley (in cage) but haha fuck man, proper dissed. Not interested in a rematch, he doesn’t deserve one at all.
 
Chito is a piece of shit. He just got lucky against Sean. Sean is a better fighter and he is the next champ.

Fight was little more than a feeling out process before Chito hurt him with a leg kick. O’Malley landed like 2 body kicks and a leg kick, no punches if I’m remembering correctly. This is a dumb narrative that came from the biased commentary. O’Malley wasn’t dominating or giving him any problems yet, it was just getting started.

He didn’t insult the Chinese. He compared the two.

He’s also ignorant in the fact that there are 2 Chinas. Both get you what you pay for. One is where everything is poorly made, and comes very cheap. The other China is well made items but cost a little more.

Know your China’s. It’s Biden time, meaning you all will be speaking Mandarin in 3 years or less. Lol

Please read carefully and understand what I'm saying.

Have you talked to young people these days. I grew up watching Anime, and Tokusatsu (Super Sentai, Ultraman, Kamen Rider) dubbed in Hmong (my language) or Thai. I listen to Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Taiwanese music so I'm part of these fandoms. Intake of Asian culture content has since become worldwide and mainstream. Because of that I've seen young people, young non-Asians at that, who use terms like Jap to simply refer to Japanese people without knowing the history and understanding that the term is racist. It's a harmless gesture from their part, while being ignorant to the weight of that term. We can't fault them for not understanding the history of those terms if they were never taught the history.

That is an example I'm using with Marlon Vera. I'm saying I think he's using the term "chinamen" without knowing the weight that term carries. Now that is conjecture on my part yes, but I haven't seen any other behavior from him to make me believe that he is full on racist; hates Asian people, so I am not going to vilify him for two tweets.
This Sean O'Malley tweet has nothing to do with Asians. It is about the product quality of materials made in China, saying Sean O'Malley is a knockoff fragile version of Conor. China is known for making cheap knockoff brands. It is a fact, it is not racist to state so. So for me, it's really only one tweet I've seen of Marlon Vera using a racist term.

But I will preface this by saying, if you do have examples of Marlon Vera being straight up racist to Asians, please show me. Because as a minority, I am not okay with racism. But I'm also not overly sensitive to race issues, especially things that may be just due to ignorance. Educate, don't vilify.

It's not like Marlon can't speak English and has spent no time in North America. He trains in the US and hangs out with Americans. He knows how to use social media. He would have heard the backlash from him calling Song Ya Dong a Chinaman and yet he did not apologize or clarify. If it was just a misunderstanding, wouldn't you clarify, instead of using a stereotype referring to the same group of people, knowing there was backlash the first time?

Not sure exactly how overt you need it to be but if it walks like a duck...
 
O'Malley sets himself up for verbal beatdowns like this by refusing to admit he got his ass kicked.

A colleague of mine had a Land Rover for his company car. He bought it out at the end of his lease because they gave him a great deal. He instantly regretted his decision. That thing instantly started to break down a month from the warranty expiring.

To be fair, Conor also had losses on his record when he was saying that. To lesser competition than Chito.
