Chinese elementary school math problem

Its really pretty basic, it just looks more confusing and intimidating than the problem problem really is.

You just have to follow the basic principles of PEMDAS. Some of you are such basement dwelling retards.

The answer is Blue.
That is not PEMDAS and the answer is not 'blue' because there is no equation to be solved. PEMDAS has no square root signs: √a
