eh there are stores like these all over asia

here is one in bangkok:

they all suck donkey balls - its 5+ floors of small stores selling same shit (mostly chinese smartphones now) or offering smartphone repair services

Computer parts prices suck and are not any cheaper than what you can find in other stores + its mostly chinese brands

I was majorly disappointed when I visited in hopes of buying cheap new PC parts - bought fuck all (and I went to singapore/bangkok/hong kong in biggest tech malls there are)
Couldn't even find decent replacement keycaps for my keyboard

Globalism evened out the prices in whole world - so major stores (like amazon) that can afford to operate on slim margins (due to selling shit load of stuff and having insane logistics) are actually the cheapest way to buy electronics now

Its called leach marketing, the same reason gas stations are across the street from each other. Also, asian store allow a little bartering so you can play around an make offers depending on the seller.
