Chiesa got a restraining order against Conor

I never said he shouldn't be compensated. He should. He should get his win, show plus a little extra. But restraining order and pressing charges? That's shit a woman does.

Contrary to what Law and Order would have you believe it is not up to the victims if charges get pressed... especially if there is multiple as there are in this case and there's fucking VIDEO of you doing it.

The protection orders and charges is 100% the State choosing to do it.

This is the problem with this country. When something happens. Everyone tries to get AHEAD on where they were before. Happens in car accidents happens in most lawsuits. If someone just damaged my bumper. I just want my bumper fixed. That's it. I'm not going to take neck injuries and get pain and suffering pain. That's dishonest pussy shit. Chisea is entitled to compensation NO DOUBT about it. Settle out of court instead of lawyer fees etc. I basically just send Conor a piece of fucking paper with a dollar amount on it. (A reasonable amount for costing him the fight, win, show, maybe some travel and trainer fees, and a little extra) and if Connor says yeah I fucked up, cuts me a check. We good. If he says NO. We going to court. That simple.

I'm sure they will eventually settle out of court but the legal system with all its problems is complicated enough that having a lawyer is required. And the dollar amount should indeed be very fucking high because there should be a penalty component proportionate to Conor's net worth not just compensation for what Chiesa lost. If we talk about what Chiesa lost, what is the value of a lost great match in a high profile card? A long training camp for nothing? A grueling weight cut? Conor owes him a lot of money, not just some show money and small medical bills. COmplain about the system all you want and it has its problems but that's not Cheisa's fault, and he has to work with the system in place.

That's why I said include win money, (which he wasnt guaranteed to win) show money, which he was guaranteed, and some money on top had he won what that does for his career etc. His injuries are so minor he should be back in 2 months easy!!!! Dude just trained his ass off for months, did a weight cut, had trainers etc all needing to get paid.. And lost it all due to conors actions.. Conor should man up and pay the fighters salaries and medical bills no questions asked. He caused it and is responsible for its outcome. He has plenty of cash so make it right. While I agree that there's an enormous amount of abuse and frivolity in our civil litigation system, if you mess with someone's health or livelihood, especially when committing an intentional, dangerous, and criminal act; you deserve what you have coming to you.

Well yeah, if glass got into chiseas eye and blinded him permanently in one eye, there goes his career and he should be entitled to MILLIONS in compensation. That didn't happen.
