Well, it depends. A lot of fighters with similar physiques to Jones can't stop a takedown to save their lives. If you're still extremely physically strong and have elite wrestling ability for MMA, then sure, Jones' physique is great. If you don't possess those other qualities, then the physique isn't the greatest.
