I regularly eat a 1/4 chicken, a small cup of black beans and a handful of rice for dinner around 7pm. Is that a decent meal or is that too much to eat at one sitting?
what kind of rice? black beans are awesome. Seems like an ok meal as long as it is mostly clean without a ton of salt and whatnot. could use something green in there.
there is no way of telling if that is too much or to little as we do not know what you look like, what your goals are, ect...
one thing i did to ween myself off white rice was to do a 50/50 mix of white and brown rice. After a while I just wen to all brown.
