Yes. All the good fighters will be in the non-clean division, and the clean division will be left to compete with Bellator for ratings on free TV. LOL

I highly doubt that more than 15% of UFC fighters would opt to fight in a non-tested division.
I agree, if you've been busted for roids, you should be out for life.
Barring exceptional circumstances, i.e. contaminated protein.

Cyborg tested positive for roids so many years ago. She was probably using them well before she was caught too. No matter how many tests she's passed her body will never be the same, steroids can cause changes that last a lifetime (especially in women).
