Does anybody have any insight on what he did to transform his body?

He went from being completely scrawny not that long ago to now being a physical specimen. Have he or his trainers ever discussed any specifics about their program?

Hmm...

No clue how an malnourished kid from favella who signed with the UFC when he was only 21 managed to gain some muscle mass.
I'd say this guy is spot on when it comes to Charles:

I know how, he grew older.

He stopped killing himself to make FW for one. Now he can eat and let his body grow. Also, after the felder fight he said he felt small compared to felder so he started a new strength and conditioning program. You can see his body develop slowly from that point on.

Charles looks really filled out from the bone-dry/death look yesterday. His back looks massive for a 155 lbs'er. Seems to have put on 15 - 20 lbs rehydrating and carb loading overnight.

Ya, I noticed his new strength and conditioning program, that’s why I made this thread. I’m curious to hear some specifics about it, I admire his physical development and the turnaround in his career following these changes...

I doubt it's anything cutting edge. I think it's more so just that he wasn't focusing on strength training as much before the felder fight and he wasn't dedicated to LW before that either.

He is in phenomenal shape for this fight. Looks like he has gained quite a lot of lean muscle mass. He has a much thicker back, traps and chest. I don't remember him being this muscular for the Gaethje fight (or maybe, I am forgetting as it was a while back).

His development just looks like a normal man growing up to me, like how Poirier went from 145 to 155 naturally as he aged. He doesn't look like a 'specimen' to me at all, there's a lot of guys who hardly even lift, like footballers (soccer) and regular gym bros who look like him

He's been like this for a while now. It was a slow development from the felder fight to the Kevin lee fight, but since then he's looked about the same.

Still a big deal considering he was starved as a child going without food for days.

He's a taller than average guy (not average sherdogger) regularely weighing in at 155 while in his prime..

Is normal..

He looks way bigger than Islam to me, perhaps it’s just his wide frame
