Quite a big HW fight this.
The division has gained something back in the last year with the pikey from around the corner here, dethroned the snooze inducing Ukrainian ..
Sure that will be rematched.
But we have a bit of excitement finally, and AJ is a prospect.
And now already fighting for a title against martin, whos record is impressive also..

So how do you wise folks see it going..

Martin is very weak for a "champion", even of the alphabet variety. Joshua is very strong for a contender. I think the belt changes hands and probably does so by KO within the first half of the fight.

i got to be honest, ive never seen martin fight, so ill have to take your word on that mate.
but yeah cheers, should be intriguing .

You haven't missed much. He doesn't seem to have a next gear in his approach, but he also doesn't have many rounds of fighting under his belt.

AJ is elite but I didn't like his last fight where he seemed to abundan set ups

I follow AJ on instagram, and he has been looking like a beast in the training clips he's been posting. I think Martin will do better than people are predicting, and it will be a close fight, until one of them gets KOed in their sloppiness. Both leave their chin up for the most part, asking to be countered.

This is more exciting than Pacquiao vs Bradley, which nobody is going to buy

I agree this is a better fight at the moment. However, they aren't on at the same time. This fight is in London, and will be on Showtime interrnational during the day.

Heavyeight division desperately needs to get some credibility back.
