Chandler vs Arman makes zero sense other than to reward Chandler, in which case it's not completely out of the question.

A Paddy vs Michael fight makes sense though, and also kind of fits on that card nicely if that bad rumor(s) is true... that UFC's 314 Volk vs Topuria 2 was off, Volk vs. Lopes was being made an interim FW title, and Ilia was facing Islam for the 155lb title. I think it had Doo Ho Choi vs. Swanson 2 floated as well. If the UFC wasn't so desperate to put together a big fight, I would simply chalk it up to being nonsense and move on. But in this era of the UFC, I don't think anything's off the table anymore.

That‘s a digression but Serra was really legit around 2000 and had some tough fights with top apanyents. I find that his name doesn‘t get the respect it deserves imo.
