Do this. I can only get 8-12 with 100 kg for two working sets. Granted M'bloat is using a lot of body english and his range is limited but It's a lot of work.
 
To do some athletic feat and I'll work on it and post the video of it when I can achieve it.

Interclub sparring is sufficient.

520 pounds squat x 10 ? I'm better of losing weight then doing that.

Edit : my body weight ? Not double my body weight.
You caught the right excercise. Squats pull ups are my worst lifts. So BW x 10. I always go deep (pun?). My squat is so shit but it's a respectful challenge.

What’s your working weight now. Take off 20-30 percent then aim for a lot more reps

I don't know. I constantly go for different excercises. Maybe 50 kg or even more. But clean. Perhaps if I do it first excercise 60 kg. Why a lot of reps ?

It’s hard even with body English. I did back today and I did 90 kg for 12 reps for 3 sets. I tried to drop set immediately after and go to 50 kg. I couldn’t do much.

Oh the high reps is the challenge. I figured you are heavy so you can pull 10-12 too. The challenge is 20 and over.

So you mean 100 kg lat pull downs x 20 ?

Sounds like it would take 2 years. I mean 100 kg x 20 ? Ok could be done quicker if it was a focus excercise.
 

The challenges are hard.

Going to the gym now.

Gonna try the pull down and squat.

Squated yesterday and did only 70 kg and it felt hard. But might get spurts by squating often as I basicaly only do BW squats.

Gonna try how much I can lat pull when I'm fresh. Hate to squat. Simply cause my numbers are low, so ego. Gonna do multiple sets but also with low weights to build some basic strength.

On the flipside, I am enjoying deadlifts now, used to hate them.

Lat pull down on machine is solid. As I can't pull up. Maybe can close grip get 2, maybe.

i might get a set of 7-8 with 70 kg lat pull down. But only fresh as first excercise. Might. The squats are a much better excercise.

I like this challenge the best. Let's see how many months it takes.

Obviously the fight challenge is golden. That's the real one. Comfort zone and shit.
 
So did 82 kg x 5 clean lat pull down same grip as that guy. 100 kg x 8 would be perhaps 2 months if I go trough with the challenge.

Squated 70 kg again x 8. But feels better my knees are adapting to it. But 115 kg x 8/10 squat will be like 3 months. If I work it regulary.

Re-racking 70 kg I missed one side. Good design the bar didn't crush to the ground.
