From an 35 minute interview he did an hour ago. He's also 100% certain that the UFC is franticly trying to get GSP on board for 200.

Yeah. He might really be done.

I don’t know if he wants to be done. This was a negotiation tool. But he called the bluff of the wrong guys. These are gamblers man. There’s rules in Vegas. You say bet, you have a bet. I mean that. You ever go to a casino, you put your money down, you tell the pit boss ‘I want that bet’ and he yells the word ‘bet’ you have a bet. And it goes both ways. If you win it, he’ll pay you.

This was a negotiation tool. But anytime you go into a negotiation and you call someone’s bluff, man, you better mean it. Because, this is what can happen.

Conor has a contract. He made a deal. Somewhere he didn’t sign it. Let the promotion go, let the money get spent and then realized, ‘I’ve got the upper hand, now I can come back and renegotiate. Who’s going to tell me no when the advertising’s already done?’ That’s what he did. Guaranteed. With no inside knowledge, guaranteed that’s what happened. That’s not going to work. That’s what happened.

He aint no Fedor or Mayweather....he is crying because he lost the bet.

Biggest con-man in MMA history. Blows chael out water.

Regardless, McGregor just gave GSP a sh*t load of leverage.

.....What? He sounds half drunk.
No that is the most sensible and honest thing i've ever read from him. he is saying he probably got greedy and demanded too much money or he wouldn't show. That's not the worst theory i've heard.

Makes sense to me.

Conor should have beat Nate if he wanted to play tough-guy at the negotiating table

What's your take on this shit storm
Well I'm disappointed as a fight fan. Mostly I just want to wait and see - how did this all come about, and what does the UFC do from here.

A lot of people hoping for GSP's return, but I'm dead against that. I think WW has been great since he left, and he has nothing left to prove.

Oh, and I'm marvelling at the number of week-old whitebelts coming on here and throwing shade or acting like they were some sort of MMA prophet. Crazy day on the 'Dog, that's for sure!
