He's said similar stuff in the past. It's how he feels about striking overall. It's understandable because he's a grappling base fighter and never really took the time to really get into striking and try to learn it at a high level. So he has personal bias towards it. This is him also trying to ease the losses of his friends by saying Jake Paul is the same skill as Canelo, etc. He doesn't respect the striking arts much because of his grappling background. He's too loyal to his base style to be unbiased.

I like Chael. He's an entertainer. And typically when he throws out a weird sounding idea, he can talk his way through the logic so that it at least makes some semblance of sense.

On this one however.... he lost me. What on Earth is he trying to say here. "You're gonna tell me one boxer is better than another boxer? At what? At what?" I don't know Chael... at boxing maybe?
