One of our employees is based in Silicon Valley and is looking for a house. Apparently there hasn't been a house sold in Palo Alto for less than $1m in 3 or 4 years.

OTOH, parking is (still) free downtown.

I am actually going to disagree. If you read the article, the kid almost originally committed to Nebraska before he committed to Washington (which is fine). After he was dismissed from UW, the first person he called was the Huskers' WR coach, and was super interested (the article implies he basically committed via that phone call). Visits Nebraska (w/out mom, who couldn't afford flight), commits. Visits Ole Miss/Bama (with mom, who can now afford flights [child please]), flips to Ole Miss.

I mean, you're probably being extremely naive if you do not think some cash money didn't change hands. Oh well.

Long live the bag man.
